Mpeg Tager 2.2 is a very simple and basic tool that could be very useful and practical if you have a lot of music in your PC. What usually happens is that the music you usually download in MP3 doesn´t usually have the same name as the song, making it difficult to identify it to decide if it´s what you want to listen to or not.
The solution could be to do something manual (that would be long and tedious) or use a free tool like Mpeg Tager 2.2. It automatically renames this MP3 file with the name on the ID3 tag. That means the name will be the same as the song and will thus be easier to find.
